You will be charged a one time $20 deposit that goes toward your groom as long as you give us 24 hours notice to reschedule. If you need a reminder call, please let us know. Reminders are happily given by request. New elderly clients We love a silver face, but new distinguished dogs will be referred to one of the many talented Veterinary Groomers in Marietta. Handling Fees. We love your babies, even the biters, so we have decided to raise our special handling fees. Our groomer's hands and faces are very special to us too. Special handling will now start at $20 for baths and grooms and $5 for nails. If you know your dog is persnippity about things, please, let us know in advance. Dematting, the labor intensive process of brushing out lumpy super tangles called "mats," is now $1 per minute. Our ability to do this is based on the coat type and how painful it is to your pet. There are not many days when groomers will have a ton of time to devote to dematting and even fewer pets who could tolerate it, no matter how gentle we are. We'll always choose "humanity over vanity" so your dog may require a short clip or shave. We will let you know what to expect. We promise, they'll feel so much better mat-free! As always, we're happy to show you how to properly brush and comb your pet with the tools you need so that you can keep the fluffy and not the scruffy. Late Fees, Life happens, we know. We also know that you want your pet to be groomed as quickly as possible. So we need you to be on time for your appointment. Late fees may be charged if you are not.
